Coalition Mandate

The Human Services Coalition is an organized volunteer group of employers and employees from Special Care Homes, Community Residences, Home Support, Family Support/Attendant Care/Child Protection, and ADAPT agencies.   Our group was formed due to common concerns about the serious recruitment and retention issues that affect our sector.  We are committed to improving working conditions and wages for employees while also ensuring viable, profitable agencies that deliver quality services.

Meet our Executive Board of Directors

Your Coalition is a non-profit organization. It is committed to the provision of quality services by its members to persons in need of community based health and social services within the Province of New Brunswick.   Every effort will be made to maintain a balance between the interests of the hundreds of owner/operators of agencies, nearly 12,000 valuable dedicated employees, and the thousands of vulnerable clients we serve.
